- Avoid sugary drinks
- Eat whole foods when possible
- Take a 20-minute walk
Wellness Shot
Before your largest meal, try:
- • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- • 1 tbsp lemon juice
- • Pinch of sea salt
- • Pinch of cayenne pepper
- • 1 cup filtered water
Blend for 30–60 seconds. Start with 1 tsp before meals. If it feels comfortable, you may gradually increase to 1 tbsp.
