  • Take a 20-minute walk

Wellness Shot

Before your largest meal, try:

  • • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • • Pinch of sea salt
  • • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • • 1 cup filtered water

Blend for 30–60 seconds. Start with 1 tsp before meals. If it feels comfortable, you may gradually increase to 1 tbsp.
